  Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! The last line from the "manager" was literally shouted to me, "If you're going to be a pain in the A*#, then you can F#@k off!" Seriously, is that how you run a business?! If a customer calls requesting your service, isn't it common knowledge that you're supposed to answer his or her questions in a friendly manner? It's basically Customer Service 101. Clearly this manager is completely ignorant of this concept because she was rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. I have to admit that the first 15 seconds were quite pleasant and then I honestly don't know what happened. Every one of her responses after that was snappy and fueled with irritation. I really wish our conversation was recorded so that I could attach a sound clip just to prove how ridiculous,impatient, and ultimately how immature she was. In my opinion, her attitude has completely tainted the reputation of this company and I know for a fact that I will never even think about using or referring their business to anyone. I strongly urge others to consider the alternatives before picking up the phone and calling Manjimup Freight Distributors.
